Answer:

(i) a:b & b:c

LCM of both b terms = 5×7 = 35

35÷7= 5 and 35÷5= 7

Multiply 5 to a & b

a:b= 4:7

b:c =5:3

4×5 : 7×5

= 20 : 35

Multiply 7 to b & c

b:c = 5:3

5×7 : 3×7

= 35 : 21

Therefore :

b is equal in both the ratios,

So, a:b:c = 20 : 35 : 21
