A/Q,

⇒ 2 ×No. - 45 = No. /2

⇒ 2 x - 45 = x/2

⇒ 2x - x/2  = 45

⇒ ( 4x - x ) / 2 = 45

⇒ 3 x / 2 = 45

⇒ 3 x = 45 × 2

⇒ 3 x = 90

⇒ x = 90 ÷ 3

∴  x = 30.

The required answer is 30.

According to the question,

Double of 2x = 45 + 2x/2

Then,


2×2x = 45 + 2x/2

4x = 45 + x

4x - x = 45

3x = 45

x = 45/3 = 15
