let the four degree polynomial be (ax∧2 +  bx +c) (x∧2-3x+2)

now put the value of x as 0 the we get the value of c as 1 because it is given that p(0)=2 and similarly find the value of b and c and you will get the answer as (2x∧2-x+1) (x2-3x+1)∧
