hey mate here is your

let the roots of equation be a and b

so sum=a+b=√2

and product=ab=-3/2

so general form of a quadratic equation is

x²-(a+b)X+ab=0

so put the values

x²-√2x-3/2=0

multiply LHS and RHS by 2

2x²-2√2x-3=0

hope it will help you
