Sum of roots of a quadratic equation

 =  \frac{ - b}{a}

ATQ

 \alpha  +  \beta  = 2 +  \frac{1}{3 }  =  \frac{7}{3}

So b= -7

and a = 3

Product of roots of quadratic equation

 =  \frac{c}{a}

ATQ

 \alpha  \beta  = 2 \times  \frac{1}{3}  =  \frac{2}{3}

So c= 2

So the quadratic equation formed is

3X2 -7x+2
