We know that,

★Sum of zeroes = -b/a

★ product of zeroes= c/a

now,

Acc to question:

 \alpha  +  \beta  =  \frac{1}{4}  =   \frac{ - b}{a}  \\  \\  \alpha  \times  \beta  =   - 1  \times  \frac{4}{4} = \frac{ - 4}{4}    = \frac{c}{a}
→ On comparing it with ax^2+bx+c , we have,

4 {x}^{2}  - x - 4
