hey...
Given sum of zeroes (α + β) = 3(-b/a)

       Product of zeroes(αβ)=-1/3(c/a)

so (α + β)=9/3

thus. a=3
b= -9
c= -1
and eq = {3x^2-9x-1}

it's help you....
