x²-(sum of roots )x+(product of roots)
x²-(-4x)+√9
x²+4x+√9 is the required polynomial
I hope this will help u ;)

Let the zeros be a and b.
so, a + b=-4
a × b = root 9
Now, the required polynomial will be
x^2 - (a + B )X + a × b
x^2 - (-4)X + root 9
x^2 + 4x + root 9
so, a + b=-4
a × b = root 9
Now, the required polynomial will be
x^2 - (a + B )X + a × b
x^2 - (-4)X + root 9
x^2 + 4x + root 9
