Answer:

k{ x² - x - 12} is the required polynomial.

Therefore, by factorizing the polynomial, we get

x² - x - 12

= x² - 4x + 3x - 12

= x(x - 4) + 3(x - 4)

= (x - 4)(x + 3)

Now,

α ⇒ x - 4 = 0

  ⇒ x = 4

β ⇒ x + 3 = 0

  ⇒ x = - 3

Hence, α and β or the two zeroes f the polynomial are 4 and (-3) respectively.
