sum \: of \: zeroes \: =  - 3  \\ product \: of \: zeroes = 2 \\ using \: the \: formula \\ x {}^{2}  - sx + p \\  \\ where \: s \: is \:  \: the \: sum \: and \: p \: is \: th \: e \: product \\ hence \: the \: required \: polynomial \: is \:  \\ x {}^{2}   + 3x + 2

we known that basic quadratic polynomial form,

ax²-(a+b)x+ab
x²-(-3)x+2
x²+3+2
