αβ=c/a
2*-5=c/a
-10/1=c/a
So, a=1
b=3
c=-10
Equation:-
ax²+bx+c
x²+3x-10

i)p+q=2-5=-3
ii)pq=2*(-5)=-10
Required polinomial is
=x^2-(p+q)x+pq
=x^2-(-3)x-10
=x^2+3x-10
