 \alpha  =  \frac{ - 4}{5}  \\  \beta  =  \frac{1}{3}  \\  \alpha  +  \beta  =  \frac{ - b}{a}   \\  =  \frac{ - 4}{5}  +  \frac{1}{3}  =  \frac{ - 12 + 5}{15}  \\  =  \frac{ - 7}{15} =  \frac{ -b}{a}  \\  \alpha . \beta  =  \frac{c}{a}  \\  =  \frac{ - 4}{5}  \times  \frac{1}{3}  =  \frac{ - 4}{15}  =  \frac{c}{a}

So a=15,b=7,c=-4

15x^2+7x-4 is the quadratic polynomial..
