Answer:

4x²-x-4=0

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the quadratic polynomial be ax²+bx+c=0

Now sum of its zeroes is 1/4 and product of its zeroes is -1

∴ -b/a= 1/4 & c/a=-1

For a= 1, -b/a= 1/4

∴ -b= 1/4 or b= -1/4

And c/a=-1

c= -1

∴ one of the quadratic polynomial can be x²-x/4-1=0

or 4x²-x-4=0
