Sum=

sum =  -  \sqrt{2}  \\ product =  \frac{1}{3}

Using formula

 {x}^{2}  - (sum \: of \: zeroes )x + (product \: of \: zeroes)

 {x}^{2}  -( -  \sqrt{2} )x +  \frac{1}{3}  = 0

L.C.M

3 {x}^{2}  + 3 \sqrt{2}  + 1 = 0
