SUM= -3+4 = 1
PRODUCT= -3*4 = -12
P(X)= x^2+x+12

Required polynomial =  x^{2} -(sum of zeroes)x +(product of zeroes)
                                  =[tex] x^{2} -(-3+4)x + (-3)(4)
                                  = x^{2} -x -12[/tex]
So, the polynomial is x² -x -12
