6

sum \: of \: zeroes =  - 2 +  \frac{1}{3}

 \frac{ - 6 + 1}{3}  =  \frac{ - 5}{3}

product \: of \: zeroes =  - 2 \times  \frac{1}{3}

 \frac{ - 2}{3}

quadratic \: polynomial

x ^{2}  +  \frac{5}{3} x -  \frac{2}{3}

 \frac{3x ^{2} + 5x - 2 }{3}

 \frac{1}{3} (3 x^{2}  + 5x - 2)

3x ^{2}  + 5x - 2 \: is \: the \: required \: polynomial
