Hey buddy here is your answer:
The given two rational numbers are :
2 / 3 and 3 / 4
Lets take out their L.C.M
L.C.M = 3 × 4 = 12
2 / 3 = 2 × 4 / 3 × 4 = 8 / 12
3 / 4 = 3 × 3 / 4 × 3 = 9 / 12
Still we can't find a rational no.
So lets multiply both the numerator and denominator by 10
8 × 10 / 12 × 10 = 80 / 120
9 × 10 / 12 × 10 = 90 / 120
Now you can pick any rational no. between 80 / 120 and 90 /120
lets say 85 / 120.
Hope it helps.
