ANSWER

SINCE IT'S TWO ROOTS ARE √5 AND -√5

SO ITS TWO FACTORS ARE (X-√5)(X+√5)

ON MULTYPLYING TERMS

WE GET { X^2-5 } AS FACTOR OF GIVEN POLYNOMIAL

IF THIS IS FACTOR THEN ON DIVIDING POLYNOMIAL ITS LEAVE REMAINDER 0

NOW DIVIDE ( SEE ATTACHMENT)

WE GET X^2 +X-2

NOW USE MIDDLE TERM SPLITTING METHOD OR QUADRATIC FORMULA TO GET ROOTS

WE GET

(X-1), (X+2) AS TWO OTHER FACTORS

SO

OTHER ROOTS ARE 1,-2

if this really helpful
