if 3 + root 2 and 3 - root 2 are zeroes of polynomial,then

(x - 3 +root 2) ( x - 3 -root 2)=0

x ^2- 6x +7 is one of the factor

by long division method we get quotient = 2x^2 +x -1

by splitting method,

2x^2 +2 x - x + 1=0

2x(x+1)-1(x+1)

therefore x= -1 and 1/2
