since X+1 is the factor of this polynomial be f(X)
than f(-1)=0
and same as f(-2)=0
now by putting -1 and -2 in f(X)
form 2 eqns and solve them to get Ur answer
f(-2) =-8+12+4alpha+beta=0
4alpha+beta=-4 be eqn 1
f(-1)=-1+3+2alpha+beta
2alpha+beta=-2 be eqn 2
subtract eqn 2 from 1
2alpha=-2
alpha=-1
backput value of alpha in eqn 1 to get value of beta
than f(-1)=0
and same as f(-2)=0
now by putting -1 and -2 in f(X)
form 2 eqns and solve them to get Ur answer
