Precautions to be taken while performing experiment to show CO2 is released during respiration -
1.)The conical flask in which the germinating seeds are kept should be airtight
2.)Freshly prepared KOH solution should be used.
3.) The shorter end of the glass tube should be kept in such a way that it doesn't touches the seeds.
