So the supplementary angle is 120. So the complementary angle is 30. Four times the complementary is equal to the supplementary .

If Sum of any two angles is equal to

180° then they are called as

supplementary angles .

Let x , ( 180 - x ) are two

supplementary angles

➝ According to the problem given ,

x = 4( 180- x )

x = 720 - 4x

x + 4x = 720

5x = 720

x = 720/5

x = 144°

Therefore ,

One angle = x = 144°

Second angle = 180 - x

= 180 - 144

= 36°
