OB = OC

=> ∠OBC = ∠OCB

∠COB = 76°

∠OBC + ∠OCB  + ∠COB = 180°

=> ∠OBC + ∠OCB  + 76° = 180°

=> 2∠OCB = 104°

=>  ∠OCB = 52°

in Δ ABC

∠ABC = 90° ( angle in semicircle or by diameter)

∠ACB = ∠OCB = 52°

=> ∠CAB = 180° - 90° - 52°

=>  ∠CAB = 38°

∠ACT = 90°   (Tangent)

∠CAT = ∠OAB  = 38° ( O & B lies on CA & AT lines)
