angle poq + angle pqo + angle qpo =180°. where angle pqo = angle qpo as the angles opposite to equal sides op and oq (radii) are equal
70° + x + x = 180°
x =55°
angle pqo = angle qpo = 55°
now, angle qpo + angle apq = 90° ( becoz tangent is perpendicular to the radius through the point of contact)
55° + angle apq = 90°
so angle APQ = 35°

Answer is 35degree. As angle opq and oqp will be equal.ma is tangent to circle.p is cotact point of tangent.so angle opa is 90degree.angle opq=55degree.and apq is 35 degree.
