angle pab + angle paq = 180 (linear pair )

angle p=angle q each 90 (as tangent is perpendicular to radius )

by asp of quad angle p+ angle q+ angle paq+ angle poq= 360

90+90+55+paq = 360

there fore paq = 125

angle PAQ=180-125

sum of all angles is 360 of quadrilateral.
angle P+ angle O + angle Q+anglePAQ=360
