Let the angle be x
then ,
double angle be 2x
so,
x+2x=180
3x = 180
x=180/3
x=60
hence, x=60 and 2x = 2×60=120

Answer:-

 Let\ the\ measure\ of\ the\ required\ angle\ be\ x°.

 Then,\ measure\ of\ its\ supplement\ =\ (180\ -\ x)°.

 Clearly,\ x\ =\ 2(180\ -\ x)\ →\ x\ = 360 -\ 2x

 →\ 3x\ =\ 360\ →\ x\ =\ 120.

 Hence,\ the\ required\ angle\ measures\ 120°.
