first understand the diagram there is two hemi spheres and a cylinder u can use there respective formulae and finally sum it forms ur ans..hope this helped u ...if then mark as brainlist):-

perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)
=2(30+7)
=2×37
=74
now,there are two semi-circle in the end of the 2sides of the rectangle
and if we combine the 2 semi-circle a whole circle is formed
therefore,
area of circle=πd
as diameter is to be given as 7
therefore,
=22/7×7
=22 units square
adding the both measurements
=2(30+7)
=2×37
=74
