Side square +Side square = square of diagonal {Pythagoras }
2S^2 = {10 root 2}^2
S^2 = 100
Ssqure = root 100
S =10

area = 10 × 10= 100

Question:

Find area of square if diagonal is 10√2​.

Solution:

Given :

  • Diagonal = 10√2 units.

Area = \frac{Diagonal^{2} }{2}

        = (10√2)²/2

        = 100 unit².
