PARENCHYMA - it consists of unespacialised cell with thin cell wall made up of cellulose. They have large intercellular space is found in soft part of the plant such as cortex of root, ground tissue in stem and mesophyll of leaves. It provides mechanical support to the plant and stop nutrients and water. It provides  support the plant.

CHOLLENCHYMA - The cell of this tissue are living elongated and thickened at the corners. It is characterised by deposition of extra cellulose and tectine. In cellular space are very little. They contain chloroplast. This tissue found in the leaf stock below epidermis mid leaf and harvaeous dicot stem.

SCALARENCHYMA - Cells are dead and without any protoplasm. The cells are closely packed without any intercellular space. This tissue make the plant hard and stiff. Cell of this tissue are long narrow with thick cell wall due to deposition of lignin. This tissue is present in the stem around rescular bundle.(xylem and phylem)
