Heyaaa mate

The answer is

We know that,

Area of circle =πr^2

R = \frac{D}{2}

R =  \frac{7}{2}= 3.5

Area = \frac {22}{7} × 3.5 × 3.5

=>  22 × 0.5 × 3.5 = 38.5

Hope it helps

Thanks
