Without wasting your time let's come to the question , it is asking us to find the speed of the bus.

Ok, so let's right down all the given details.

Distance- 15 Km.

Time duration- 20 minutes.

As we can see that time is given in minutes where as distance is given in Km, so, first of all convert both of them in equal standard forms.

15 km- 15*1000 meters= 15000m.

20 minutes- 20*60 seconds= 1200 seconds.

Distance- 15000 m and Time- 1200 seconds, respectively.

Now, applying the formula to calculate speed, i.e.

Speed= Distance travelled/Time taken

Speed= 15000/1200

Speed= 12.5 m/s

And, please never forget to mention the unit after calculating the speed i.e. meter/second.
