hey mate here is ur answer

if lines are perpendicular

then product of slopes is -1.

m1=-2-5/0-4 = -7/-4 =7/4.

m2=1-(-3)/-5-b

m2=4/-5-b

7/4 × 4/-(5+b)=-1

7/4=5+b/4

5+b=7

b=2.

hope it helps.
