(i) Composite numbers are numbers which are not prime.  1 is neither a composite number nor a prime number.

(ii) Odd numbers are numbers which are not divisible by 2.

3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19,21,23,25,27,29

Step2 : Identify the first five composite numbers.
9, 15, 21, 25, 27

Step 3: Find the range.
Range of a data set is the difference between the highest and lowest values in the set.
The data set is -  9,15, 21, 25, 27

In the data set 9 is lowest value and 27 is the highest value.

Range = Highest value - lowest value = 27-9=18
