you know that formula of compound interest = amount- principal and simple interest= principal× rate×time/100.
So, Frist find is compound interest
Principal for the first year = 4000×10×2/100 = 820
amount at end of first year = 4000+820=4820
interest for the second year= 4820×10×2 / 100 = 964
Amount for the two years =4820+964=5784
compound interest for three years = 820+964= 1784
simple interest= 4000×10×2/100
simple interest is 800
