Find Discriminant of quadratic equation 5x²-7x+2√5=0

ANSWER:
D=b²-4ac

In equation
a=5
b= -7
c= 2√5

So
D= (-7)² - 4 × 5 × 2 √5
= 49 - 40 √5

Hence we know that  √5 = 2.236

So
49 - 40 × 2.236
49 - 89.44
Discriminant = -40.44

Answer is - 40.44

Thanks
