Answer: 103 ohm

Explanation: I f the point PQ are on the left terminals

then

the right terminals are open so the resistors

10 ohm and 100 ohm

on the right side terminals will be excluded from the circuit.

and also the terminals on the bottom side are also open

so resistor 2 ohm will be excluded

and 25 ohm and 15 ohm are in parallel  but they are also out of the circuit .

Now the remaining resistors   4ohm and 2 ohm  are in series then in parallel with 3ohm and 6 ohm

so accross 6 ohm the equivalent resistance will be =( 4+2) || 3||6  =6||3||6

\frac{1}{6} +\frac{1}{3} +\frac{1}{6} =\frac{2}{3} \\\\so equivalent resistance accross 6 ohm =\frac{3}{2} =1.5 ohm

this is further in series with  1.5 ohm and 100 ohm

so equivalent resistance between PQ = 1.5 +1.5+100=103 ohm
