I think answer should be 4ohm's

for P. they are in series so
R1==== 2ohm + 2ohm
= 4ohm

similarly Q they both are also in series

R2====2ohm +2 ohm= 4 ohm

now it is clearly visible that 2 resistor are in parallel

1/Rp===== 4×4/4+4===== 16/8====2
