There are a variety of processes to do this type of sum .
I am doing in one way-

1.   1/2(3/4 + 4/5)                   
      = 1/2(31/20)
      =31/40

2. 1/2(3/4 + 31/40)
    =1/2(61/40)
   =61/80

3. 1/2(4/5 +31/40)
   = 1/2(63/40)
  = 63/80

4.  1/2(3/4 + 61/80)
     =1/2(121/80)
     =121/160

5.  1/2(4/5 + 63/80)
    = 1/2(127/80)
    = 127/160

So, the required rational numbers are:- 31/40,  61/80,  63/80,  121/160,  123/160.

then find (x+d),(x+2d)(x+3d)x+4d)(x+5d).
