2x +y=7

y = -2x + 7

so if you want 4 solutions, just plug in 4 different value for x to get your y

y = -2x +7

y = -2*3 + 7 = 1

y = -2*100 + 7 = 193

y = -2(20) + 7 = -33

y = -2*0 + 7 = 7

I think you need to take out the word the in your question since there are many more solutions than just 4…in fact there are infinite amount of solutions.
