Answer:

3 x 2 x 5= 30

Step-by-step explanation:

_____________________

l__3__l__90 / 120 / 180__l

l__2__l___ 9 / 12 / 18____l

l__5__l___15 / 20 / 30___l

l            l___ 3 / 4 / 6_____l

  1. Basically, in here we make a table and write the numbers we need to find the HCF of in the right side of the table.
  2. On the other side, we think of the FIRST prime number which comes commonly in ALL the numbers we need to find the HCF of.
  3. Next we write THAT prime number on the first row's left side, and then multiply THAT number with ALL the other numbers on the right side.
  4. After that, we continue the steps 1-3 for as long as there is NO other number which comes in the pattern of ALL the number on the right side.
  5. When we reach the end, we simply multiply ALL the common factors of the number on the right side and hence, the HCF. In this case, 3x2x5=30
