find he selling price when the marked price is Rs 250 and the discount is 12 % .

guys plzz give the answer with method.....

Marked Price, MP = ₹250

Discount = 12%

discount =250 × 12/100 = ₹30

Selling price = MP - discount = 250 - 30 = ₹220

MP = 250

Discount %= 12

discount = 250 \times  \frac{12}{100}  \\  = 5 \times 6 \\  = 30

SP = 250 - 30

= 220 rupee
