find how many ways can be the letters of the purpose be rearranged if without changing the relative order of the vowels and the consonants

and here comes your answer of permutation and combination
for the arrangement of consonants = 4!/2!
(since p is repeating twice so we divide it by 2!)
for the arrangement of vowels = 3!
so total arrangement = 4!/2 × 3! = 71
