Answer:

let the vertex a(x,y)

b(-3,1),c(0,2)

centroid =(0,0)

=>[(x-3+0)/3,(y+1+2)/3]=(0,0)

=>[(x-3)/3,(y+3)/3]=(0,0)

(x-3)/3=0

=>x-3=0

=>x=3

(y+3)/3=0

=>y+3=0

=>y=-3

the vertex a(x,y)=(3,-3)
