Answer:No   , Please check and review my answer if any mistake please forgive

Step-by-step explanation: WE CAN CHECK IT USING FACTOR THEOREM

-2x-5 = 0

-2x=5

x=-5/2

Now substituting the value in p(x)=3x^4+5x³-2x^2-4

Hence

3*(-5/2)∧4+5(-5/2)³-2(-5/2)²-4 = 0

3*(625/16)+5(-125/8)-50/4-4

=1875/16+-625/8-50/4-4

=(1875-1250-200-64)/16

=361/16

so L.H.S is not equal to R.H.S
