we know that given in question x=3
Let, put the value of x in given equation
=> kx²-10x+3=0
=> 3(k)² -(10×3) +3=0
=> 3k²-30+3=0
=> 3k²-27=0
=> 3k²=27
=> k²=27/3
=>k²=9
=> k=3
