Given that :

 {( \frac{15}{19} )}^{3}  \times  {( \frac{15}{19}) }^{6}  =  {( \frac{15}{19}) }^{2m - 1}  \\  \\  =  >  {( \frac{15}{19}) }^{3 + 6}  =  {( \frac{15}{19} )}^{2m - 1}

On comparing :

2m - 1 = 3 + 6

=> 2m - 1 = 9

=> 2m = 10

=> m = 5

I hope it will be helpful for you ✌️✌️
