find mean of first 15 natural numbers

The first 15 natural numbers are 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15.
Mean= (1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+10+11+12+13+14+15)/15
=120/15
=8 Ans.

bmm: i think it is easy to calculate -the sum=15(15+1)/2 and the mean =120/15

Solution:-
First 15 natural numbers are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15
Now mean of the numbers = sum of the numbers/total number of numbers
(1 + 2+ 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 + 7 + 8 + 9 + 10 + 11 + 12 + 13 + 14 + 15)/15
= 120/15
Mean = 8
So, the mean of first natural numbers is 8.
