n + 6 = 56(n+4)

n+6 = 56n + 224

n - 56n = 224 - 6

-55n = 218

n = 218/-55
Hope it helps you!!!

The value of n = 2

Given :

(n + 6) ! = 56 (n + 4) !

To find :

The value of n

Solution :

Step 1 of 2 :

Write down the given equation

The given equation is

 \sf (n + 6) ! = 56(n + 4) !

Step 2 of 2 :

Find the value of n

\displaystyle \sf{ }(n + 6) ! = 56(n + 4) !

\displaystyle \sf{ \implies }(n + 6)(n + 5)(n + 4) ! = 56(n + 4) !

\displaystyle \sf{ \implies }(n + 6)(n + 5)= 56

\displaystyle \sf{ \implies }(n + 6)(n + 5)= 8 \times 7

On comparison we get

n + 6 = 8

⇒ n = 8 - 6

⇒ n = 2

Hence the required value of n = 2

Correct question : Find n if (n + 6) ! = 56 (n + 4) !
