There are more than I want to list but 9/2 is a rational number and is between 8/2 and 10/2. In fact there is a infinite number of them. If you start with 8/2 and 9/2 we could change that to 16/4 and 18/4, then there is a rational number at 17/4 in that range. and we can take 16/4 and 17/4 and change it to 32/8 and 34/8 and there is a point at 33/8 which is rational and in between the other two. And you are free to repeat this as many times as you want. But that is not all of them, 4 is also 12/3 and 5 is also 15/3 . well 13/3 and 14/3 are both rational and are between 4 and 5. And I can find more rational numbers between 12/3 and 13/3 ie. 24/6 and 26/6 have a mid point at 25/6 which is rational.
