Rani Lakshmibai of Jhansi  was a fearless warrior and a patriot who fought in the First War of Independence. She found the British herself after her husband and son died.

Annie Besant unique, though not an Indian, found for us Indians against the British rule. She later become the President of the Indian National Congress.

Sarojini Naidu

Sarojini Naidu, famously known as the ‘The Nightingale of India’ inspired many Indians to fight against the British and stand up for our rights through her inspiring poems.  

She was educated in Cambridge, a follower of Gandhi, and actively propagated non-cooperation movement. She became the President of the Indian National Congress and also the Governor of United Provinces (current Uttar Pradesh).
